4 different levels of heat intensity:

Mild – infused with Kashmiri chillies

Medium – infused with Bullet chillies

Hot – infused with Ring of Fire chillies

Very Hot – infused with Carolina Reaper chillies

My honey is cold extracted and minimally filtered to retain all the yummy goodness that nature intended. Crystallisation will naturally occur but the honey can be returned to a liquid state by loosening the lid and standing the jar in hot water.

The honey is unpasteurised and not suitable for infants under 12 months
