Delivery & Returns

Not only are our prices something to shout about but if you live in the Exeter, Exmouth, Collumpton, Sidmouth or the Honiton area,  we will offer free same day delivery when ordered before 10am on orders £20 or more!

No more lugging around of heavy bags of pet foods, fighting the traffic or finding a parking spot, we will do the heavy lifting for you leaving you to spend more time with your family doing what you love!

Free Local Delivery

For orders £20 or more

We offer free, same-day delivery on products ordered before 10am (Mon to Fri) to local addresses, Postcodes starting in:

Same Day Local Delivery, with our own drivers

We offer free same day delivery on all orders made before 10am Monday to Friday. Any orders made Saturday or Sunday (or public holidays) will be made the next working day! We will notify you at every step so you know when your delivery will be with you.

Outside our local delivery area

For deliveries outside of our local delivery area, we use DPD at a charge of £6.99. For all in stock items, we aim to dispatch same day (Mon to Fri) but please allow 1-3 days for delivery depending on item.

Please also note, large bulky items are charged at an extra fee of £3.99 per item extra. With some large bulky items (like hay) or frozen items, delivery is not offered outside of our local delivery area. If you have these items within your basket, and have no shipping options available to you, please remove these items.

Pick your dispatch date

Pick your dispatch date during checkout. We will dispatch on that date leaving it in a safe space if out!

Environmental considerations

We want to be as green as possible:

  • Packaging – We will not use any extra packaging where possible, we will deliver items loose, not only great for the environment, but less for you to throw away! We will even collect freezer boxes on our next delivery if we need to leave them with you on your delivery!
  • First attempt delivery – We will aim to reduce fuel usage and hassle for you by always attempting a first attempt delivery. If you are out, we will leave your items in a waterproof bag, in a safe space.
  • Vehicles – We will only use well maintained vehicles to help keep fuel usage to a minimum.
  • Planned routes – In order to reduce fuel usage, we use the latest technology to plan the most effective routes for our drivers.

Tracking your order

Need to head out but waiting for that delivery is annoying! This is why we will email you a 1 hour delivery slot the morning of your delivery so you can plan your day. Maybe to take your dog for a walk and enjoy the sunshine?!

Frozen Foods

Ordering frozen food? No worries, we will delivery in a freezer box to keep your order frozen! We will take away and reuse the freezer box to help reduce waste even if it means collecting it on your next delivery!

Out of stock items

We work hard to maintain correct stock levels though from time to time, items maybe out of stock with suppliers or deliveries to us maybe later than scheduled. This is why we will communicate with you to see what you want to do on the rare occassion that an item is out of stock to see what option is best for you, a refund, redelivery or subsitute.


Do you have an item you want to return? Let’s get things sorted for you! We accept returns upto 14 days from delivery.

We offer a no quibble refund policy (we may ask for a photo for our records) and should you wish to return anything to us, we will be happy to issue a refund. To qualify for a refund, the item must be (in the case of any non-defective products) in origional, un-damaged packaging which has not been unnecessarily handled (beyond what would be standard when looking at it in store).

Returns are made with postage costs covered by yourself with your refund or exchange being processed upon inspection and receipt of the product.

In the event that an item(s) you bought has developed a fault within the 12 month window from purchase, please contact us.
