Not only are our prices something to shout about, but if you live in Exeter, Exmouth, Cullompton, Sidmouth or the Honiton area, we will offer free same-day delivery when ordered before 10 am on orders £20 or more!

Same-Day Local Delivery, with our own drivers
We offer free same-day delivery on all orders made before 10 am Monday to Friday. Any orders made Saturday or Sunday (or public holidays) will be made the next working day! We will notify you at every step so you know when your delivery will arrive.
Outside our local delivery area
For deliveries outside of our local delivery area, we use DPD at a charge of £6.99. For all in-stock items, we aim to dispatch the same day (Monday to Friday), but please allow 1-3 days for delivery, depending on the item.
Please also note that large, bulky items are charged at an extra fee of £3.99 per item. With some large, bulky items (like hay) or frozen items, delivery is not offered outside of our local delivery area. If you have these items within your basket and have no shipping options available to you, please remove these items from your cart to proceed to checkout.

Pick your dispatch date during checkout. We will dispatch on that date, leaving it in a safe space if out!

Tracking your order
Needing to head out, but having to wait for a delivery is annoying! We will email you a 1-hour delivery slot the morning of your delivery so you can plan your day.
Frozen Foods
Ordering frozen food? No worries, we will deliver in a freezer box to keep your order frozen! We will take it away and reuse the freezer box to help reduce waste, even if it means collecting it on your next delivery!
Unfortunately, we cannot post out frozen items, so this is a local delivery service only.
Out of stock items
We work hard to maintain correct stock levels, though from time to time, items may be out of stock with suppliers or deliveries to us may be later than scheduled. We will communicate with you to see what you want to do on the rare occasion that an item is out of stock, to see what option is best for you: a refund, redelivery or substitute.

We accept returns up to 14 days from delivery. We offer a no-quibble refund policy (we may ask for a photo for our records), and should you wish to return anything to us, we will be happy to issue a refund. To qualify for a refund, the item must be (in the case of any non-defective products) in original, undamaged packaging which has not been unnecessarily handled (beyond what would be standard when looking at it in store).
Returns are made with postage costs covered by yourself, with your refund or exchange being processed upon inspection and receipt of the product.
If an item(s) you bought has developed a fault within the 12-month window from purchase, please get in touch with us.
